Dale H. Munk

President and CEO

Mr. Munk joined the company as President and CEO in June of 2009. He began his career in Boston, Massachusetts at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1977 as controller of one of Digital's 22 product lines. He joined Bedford Computer Corporation, a pioneer in computer aided composition systems for publishers as Director of Finance and Senior Financial Officer in 1981 and was instrumental in taking the Company public. Two years after the IPO, Mr. Munk joined a startup, CGX Corporation, a graphics software and hardware Company, as Chief Financial Officer, latter becoming Chief Operating Officer. CGX made significant early contributions to CAD/CAM technology and was later sold to a competitor in the field, Adage Inc. of Billerica, Massachusetts. Mr. Munk became the Chief Operating Officer of Adage, in charge of all day-to-day operations.

Following the sale of Adage to GBIC in 1990 Mr. Munk did turnaround work in Boston, (debit card auto-pay systems) Toronto (software applications for the management of hotels, clubs and for accounting) and San Diego (Tape backup and data management software). In 1994 he joined ViewSoft, Inc., a near-startup, building software development tools in Provo, Utah as president and CEO. In 1999 ViewSoft was sold to Citrix Systems of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Munk served as president and CEO of a restart, Sandlot Corporation from 2000 to 2003. Sandlot, an enterprise software vendor, produced billing and fulfillment software for online subscription-based businesses.

From 2004 until 2008 Mr. Munk served as President and CEO of OneGreatFamily.com, a unique, online genealogy service.

Mr. Munk grew up on a wheat/alfalfa farm in Southern Idaho and married JoAnn Hammond of Oxon Hill, Maryland in 1974. They have five children ages 24-34. Mr. Munk holds an MBA from the University of Utah and is an adjunct professor at BYU, teaching entrepreneurship to computer science students. He is an avid hiker and snowshoer.


David C. Mitchell

CTO and Founder

Mr. Mitchell founded Bungee Labs in 2002. Dave has extensive experience and expertise in web application development and software system architecture. Dave is the principal architect of the Bungee Connect on demand development and deployment environment, with one patent and four pending in the middleware, application workflow and UI deployment spaces. Prior to Bungee Labs, Dave founded Viewsoft Inc, a web application development toolkit provider sold to Citrix Systems in 1999. Dave continued with Citrix and served as Principle Architect until founding the company in 2002. Prior to Viewsoft, Dave developed an application framework for text indexing and retrieval. Dave earned his B.S. and M.S. Computer Science degrees from Brigham Young University.


Sandra Hufford

Director, Finance and Human Resources

Sandra Hufford joined Bungee Labs in June 2004 as Director, Finance and Human Resources, and is responsible for the company's administrative and financial operations. Prior to joining the executive team at Bungee Labs, she served as director of operations at ViaSubscription, where she oversaw the operations of their data hosting center and directed the accounting and administration departments. Earlier, Ms. Hufford was the controller of ViewSoft, which was acquired by Citrix Systems in 1999. She began her career in the automotive business, and was the controller for the Cook Brother's car dealerships in California and for the Rick Warner Group of dealerships in Utah. Sandra received her education in Accounting and Business Administration from California State University.


Brad Hintze

Director, Marketing

Brad joined Bungee Labs in 2005 and leads the company's marketing initiatives. Brad drives the process, content and delivery of Bungee Lab's product communications, including messaging and positioning. Prior to joining Bungee Labs, Brad served as COO of Totally Awesome Computers, a regional system integrator. Brad began his career as founder of iMedia, a technical marketing company, producing interactive CD-ROMs for the real estate, retail sales and manufacturing industries. He holds a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix.


Andrew Reynolds

Director, IT

Joining Bungee Labs in early 2007 as a Systems Engineer, Andrew brings with him nearly 10 years of experience. While working towards his BS degree in CS Andrew worked as a System Administrator managing the University's Windows NT, DEC Alpha, and Linux systems. Following school, Andrew worked for Ikano Communications overseeing a large mix of heterogeneous servers. Mr. Reynolds was responsible for the successful management of many core operations including content filtering, DNS, email, and web hosting. Andrew continues to manage systems for Bungee Labs with the driving focus to provide highly available/highly reliable services.

Dane Robertson

VP of Engineering

Dane joined the company as Vice President of Engineering in August of 2009. He has spent virtually his entire career with software companies. Dane joined Dynix Inc., a library automation firm in Provo Utah, as employee number 15. He held a number of management positions as Dynix grew during the next 12 years to over 1,000 staff. Next, Dane became the VP of IT at WLN, a hosted bibliographic service in Olympia Washington, and directed the move to a current technology platform. Starting in 1998, Dane led for five years the product development as the VP of Development at Sandlot, an enterprise software vendor in Provo Utah.

Dane co-founded an Internet search engine tool company, Web Evident, in 2003. He left to become general manager at ViaSubscription, a subscription software as a service company in 2005. Dane has an MBA and an MILS from Brigham Young University.
