Cannot deploy "Integrating WEB API's" /Web_API_Tutorial

For some reason, I cannot hit the "Deploy" button after succesfully testin and "Posting" my Web_API_Tutorial result. Is that typical, or did I screw something up and my application is not publishable as a result of a mistake?
