The Commercial License will be available when the Bungee Application Server is available as a public Beta in July 2008 to all BCDN members (Early Adopter Program (EAP) members will have access in Jun 2008).
There is still some engineering work that will be completed by September (related to the language) – once this is complete, we will provide the RDO License alongside the new Bungee Application Server bits that incorporate the changes.
The benefit to the Bungee community with this approach is that those needing source to accompany their production server deployment get it, and those wanting to explore Bungee's technology get a version of the source which we know is not subject to large architectural changes that are currently underway and expected to be completed and tested by Q4 2008.
